From its beginning, Living Word has believed every church should be involved in Global Impact through world missions. Our mission is to pray, equip, give, and go into all the world.
Our Global Impact missions’ efforts have included locations around the globe, such as Nepal, Philippines, Mexico, Bolivia, Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, Russia, Ukraine, Fiji, Trinidad, Zimbabwe, Uganda, the U.S.A., and many others. These initiatives include feeding ministries, ministry training schools and conferences, free medical camps, aid and rescue for individuals caught in trafficking, wells of clean water and education to the impoverished, and Bibles to those who do not have the means or ability to have one. Living Word's commitment to spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ is also represented in our financial giving of more than 10% of our church income to outreach and missions beyond our walls and borders.
Jesus said, “And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14). We are compelled by His love to take this Good News to the ends of the earth, transforming people, cities and nations.
