Social Distancing Worship Night

Friday Night Worship Night.jpg

We are excited to host social distancing worship nights as part of our plan to reopen the church building in phases! We are planning two Friday night worship nights at the church in the month of May, on the 15th and 29th. We will also be live streaming the meeting to our Living Word Facebook page for anyone who is uncomfortable attending an in-person gathering. We encourage anyone who feels at risk attending a public gathering to join us online - we want everyone to feel freedom to make wise choices for their own families, as they feel led by Holy Spirit. We also ask that anyone who is sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 to stay home and join us online.

IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT THIS GATHERING:

  • We will be observing the social distancing 6ft. between persons recommendation for this gathering.

  • For sanitization purposes, we are asking that everyone BYOC - bring your own chair. (Or if you don’t have a fold up chair you can bring, a blanket works too, or you can choose to stand during the worship service.)

  • Since our restrooms are a small space and therefore can be difficult to maintain social distancing, we encourage attendees to plan accordingly and to use the restroom facilities at your own discretion.

  • We encourage all attendees to wear a mask for this gathering. (If you do not own one, there are several easy guides for sew ands no-sew DIY masks on the CDC website. We have added the link for these guides on our COVID-19 updates page on our website.)

  • There will be no childcare for these gatherings, and the children’s wing will be closed.
